 Construction is scheduled from 8 PM to 5 AM Sunday night through Thursday morning.
 Traffic Restrictions
 Hard closures will be in place during construction; see phasing map for closure areas and dates.
 Traffic in and out of the area will be directed around the closure areas.
 Project phasing will allow access in and out of the area. Travel route will change throughout the week.

 Do not drive on the road while it is closed. Pay attention to barricades and follow detours.
 Please plan extra travel time to avoid delays.
The city and our vendors work hard to meet construction timelines; however, weather, staffing,
and roadway conditions can delay a project. Call the project hotline at 970-759-5123 with any

🚧 Hayden Road Paving Project: Via de Ventura to Via Linda | Oct. 14–21

Crews will be completing a Mill & Overlay improvement project along Hayden Road to enhance safety and ride quality.
Work hours are 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (weekend work may occur if needed).

One travel lane will remain open in each direction.
Please slow down, follow detour signs, and use caution around construction crews.

Scottsdale, AZ – May 20, 2024 –The McCormick Ranch Property Owners’ Association is pleased to announce a change in our office hours for the summer season. This adjustment is not only aimed at improving your Association’s procedures but also to better cater to your needs. These new hours will enable our staff to focus on initiatives that will enhance services' overall efficiency and effectiveness to the community, ensuring that your concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Starting May 28, 2024, and running through September 2, 2024, the Association’s office will adopt the following summer hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: Closed

This schedule adjustment is designed to give our staff time to work on essential projects to streamline operations and improve service delivery. However, we understand that urgent matters can arise at any time. In such cases, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs on a case-by-case basis. Members may request a meeting by emailing [email protected]. Our team will review these requests and arrange appointments as needed to ensure all critical issues are addressed promptly, providing you with the support you need when you need it most.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement these changes to better serve our community. Your support and patience are invaluable to us. Traffic Information for December 4th -

The 30th annual Scottsdale Half Marathon & 5K will be held Sunday, Dec. 4 from 6 a.m. to Noon. More than 950 runners are expected to turn out for the race; the race course is adjacent to the McCormick Ranch community. Roads will remain open, with minimal traffic restrictions throughout the course. Please plan ahead to avoid delays.
