As I married my wife and we became pregnant with our first born in 1992, we knew that Gilbert, Arizona would be the right location for us to raise our family and start our Real Estate Careers. After attending the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business to further my education and learn the Arizona market, I concluded a 20-year retail career with my former employer Costco Wholesale to run a Real Estate business. I began my career in Real Estate in 2003 as an Appraiser and still actively appraise for our family business. Expanding my Real Estate knowledge beyond Appraising so that I could help others achieve their Real Estate needs is my TOP PRIORITY...My job is to guide the client with real tools and confidence in the "ever so changing world of Real Estate" within the Phoenix metro area.
