Small room. Lasting first impression.

The powder room is the one space nearly every guest steps into, so it deserves more intention than its square footage suggests. Carved stone sinks, bold contrast, slabs that climb the wall, and sculptural lighting that sets each room apart. Eight rooms, eight distinct personalities.

Which one is your favorite?

Your own private retreat, where the desert becomes part of the room. Glass that disappears, materials that soften, and a view that never gets old.

7,936 sq ft on just over an acre - this is what space looks like in Paradise Valley when it’s used well, not just claimed. From the air, the site tells the real story: Camelback in the distance, mountains closing in behind the pool and pickleball court, the whole property laid out like it was designed from the sky down.

A reveal that begins long before completion.

Every custom home starts long before the final walkthrough - design meetings, long days on site, and a rotation of skilled subcontractors bringing the details to life. Weeks later, that same corner becomes where the evening light hits the pool just right.

Swipe to see the transformation, and here’s to closing out the work week the way we like it: with progress you can see.

Fall arrives differently in the desert.

The days begin to cool, the doors stay open a little longer, and indoor and outdoor living become one. With a fire glowing in the background and the desert landscape just beyond the glass, this home makes the most of those first cooler evenings.

The first day of fall, designed the Arizona way.

The kind of entryway that makes you pause.

From the directional flooring to the sleek lines, every detail sets the tone for what lies beyond.

Look up. Exposed wooden beams, placed with intention in each room, until the whole house speaks the same language.

Each space crafted with its own character in mind, creating a home that is distinct, yet cohesive.

The vanity that steals the show.

Set away from the wall, wrapped in warm walnut, and spanning the length of the space—this dual vanity was made to be seen.

A little unexpected.

A lot of wow.

That’s custom home design.

There’s a moment in every custom home when you have to trust the vision before you can see it.

TCH 6032 started as a set of plans and a vision.

Then, little by little, the details started to give this house its identity.

The stone became the backdrop.
The beams brought warmth overhead.
The fireplace became the focal point.
The lighting, furnishings, and layers of texture brought scale and softness to the room.

What you see here is the finished home, but what we see is everything that came before it.

That’s the beauty of building custom. The finished product isn’t one decision or one detail. It’s thousand of thoughtful choices coming together until a house finally feels like it was always meant to be this way.
