📊 September’s numbers reveal a notable shift in sales activity across Arcadia’s three submarkets!

Arcadia Osborn and Arcadia Lite saw an impressive jump in closed sales compared to last year, even with fewer listings on the market. Arcadia Proper tells a different story, with sales down 25% and inventory slightly higher.

So, what does this tell us?

In Arcadia Proper, buyers may be approaching purchases with greater intention, placing more emphasis on finding the right home at the right price. Meanwhile, increased sales in Osborn and Lite show that transactions are moving forward despite tighter inventory.
