🎉Congratulations! 🎉

Congratulations to my clients Jeff and Michelle on the sale of their home in Mesa.

They had initially planned on selling their home to Zillow. When they were left high and dry by Zillow because they backed out of the transaction, like they and the other ibuyer platforms did in reaction to COVID-19, they were afraid they weren't going to be able to complete the purchase of their new home in Gilbert.

We were able to put this home on the market within a couple of days, have an offer within 4 hours of going live and by the end of the 2nd day had 7 offers to choose from, mind you this is during the COVID-19 economic impact.
We accepted an offer more than $10,000 over the asking price with no seller concessions and minimal repair costs, from a couple that absolutely loved this home.

All said and done, they netted approximately $18,000 more than the potential Zillow sale and were able to get it done because they sold it to real live people that loved, wanted to live in, create memories in and enjoy this home.

💥💥90 Day flip rule 💥💥
