Kristen Ashhurst is an East Coast native with a strong connection to the arts. She has a long, extensive career in the hospitality industry as well as in sales.

She has lived all over the world and traveled even more extensively but has found a love for the quality of life and “dreams made possible” in the Valley of the Sun. These experiences have helped to shape her connection to clients and willingness to go the extra mile for those she encounters. When Kristen first started in real estate, she knew she wanted to grow and learn as quickly as she could i

n this new industry. Shortly thereafter, she saw Alison Hamlet speaking at a forum and decided instantly that this was the person she could learn best from and assertively asked for help and the opportunity to work together. For the past few years, the two have built many joint client successes as a result. Kristen also has a unique and highly creative spirit with a heart for animals and an ear for music. She is trained as an Opera singer at the New England Conservatory and the University of CA, Irvine and performed in many venues. Although her team is still awaiting her to burst into song during a signing, they see her “creativity of thought” in action daily. She is a nature lover, truly outdoorsy and an adventurer at the end of the day, pushing herself to new heights, whether running a 200 mile team relay race or hiking to the top of Mount Sinai in Egypt. For her clients, this “Just Do It” attitude establishes a mentality of success as Kristen finds out-of-the-box ways to problem solve for them.
