Despite what the song lyrics say, this home did take quite a bit of effort to lease. Listed in December and leased in March.

I continuously studied the data, made appropriate adjustments, updated marketing material accordingly, was present for showings (which is shockingly uncommon) and secured a fantastic tenant!

“For the first time in three and a half years, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage dropped into the 5% range, falling even lower than last week's milestone,” Sam Khater, chief economist of Freddie Mac, said in a release. “This rate, combined with the improving availability of homes for sale, is meaningful and will drive more potential buyers into the market for spring homebuying season.”

Mortgage rates slip into the 5% range for the first time in 3 1/2 years as Treasury yields continue to fall on stock market volatility.
