Here are 3 of my favorite Phoenix/ Scottsdale hikes:

🥾 Browns Ranch Trailhead:�
My favorite trail run when I’m short on time. About 3 miles out and back, mostly flat until the final push to the peak. That last ¼ mile is no joke 😂 but I can usually finish the whole thing in under an hour.

🌵 40th Street Trailhead:
This one is extra special because I grew up walking to this trail from my house. It’s rocky and has some serious elevation, but once you reach the top, you’re rewarded with incredible views of the city in every direction.

⛰️ Pinnacle Peak:
The perfect variety hike. Just when you’re tired of going uphill, it changes direction and gives you a downhill stretch. About 3 miles out and back with killer views—and if you need a little distraction, you can always admire the incredible homes and backyards in Estancia 😂. You can run it, walk it, or even bring the kids along.

These trails have been a constant through so many different phases of my life, which is probably why they’re still some of my favorites. 🤎

A luxury home should feel just as good online as it does in person. ✨

When I’m preparing a luxury property for market, I’m thinking about more than just getting beautiful photos. I want the marketing to capture the feeling of the home and the lifestyle that comes with it.

Natural light. Thoughtful styling. Clean, timeless design. And most importantly, remove the clutter. The cleaner the space, the more the architecture and finishes can shine.

And while I love a little color, I’d keep the main features neutral. Add personality with pillows, artwork, and accessories - things that are easy and inexpensive to change. You don’t need to paint your walls blue. 😉

And of course, highlight what makes Arizona living so special. 🌵

Because when someone is scrolling through a listing, you’re not just showing them a house.

You’re giving them a reason to imagine themselves living there.
