"If I could give Kathy Harris more than five stars, I would. We owned one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever lived in everything brand new, breathtaking mountain views, a giant lap pool with a diving board, peace and quiet with no neighbors for miles. You could literally hear a donkey braying in the distance. Inside, it was perfect for a couple seeking simplicity, tranquility, and true desert beauty.

The negotiation wasn’t simple but Kathy handled every single step with calm expertise and genuine care.
This wasn’t just a transaction for her. By then, Kathy had become family. She had also sold my son his first home at 23 years old, so she knew this sale wasn’t only an investment decision for us it was personal and emotional, too. She was invested in our success in every way.
