⚡ EV, Battery & Advanced Manufacturing
LG Energy Solution is developing a massive battery manufacturing complex in Queen Creek, while Eternity Technologies selected Phoenix for its new North American headquarters and battery facility. Lucid Motors also continues to expand its Arizona manufacturing footprint.
💻 Tech, Semiconductors & Data Infrastructure
TSMC’s massive North Phoenix semiconductor investment is helping transform the Valley into a major U.S. chipmaking hub, building on Intel’s longstanding Chandler presence and attracting an entire ecosystem of suppliers and advanced manufacturers. Data and cloud infrastructure investment continues across communities including Mesa, Goodyear and Chandler.
🏢 Corporate Headquarters & Regional Operations
Dutch Bros announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from Oregon to Tempe, while global logistics company DSV broke ground on a new 950,000-square-foot Arizona regional headquarters in Mesa.
🧬 Life Sciences, Healthcare & Bioscience
The Valley’s healthcare and bioscience ecosystem continues to grow around major institutions including Mayo Clinic, Banner Health, TGen and the Phoenix Bioscience Core. Phoenix is also investing in ASU Health, further expanding the region’s medical education, research and innovation ecosystem.
