Not all golf course views are created equal.

A golf or premium view can add significant value to a home, but the premium isn’t determined by the view alone. Scarcity matters.

In communities where golf frontage is rare, buyers may pay substantially more for it. When that same feature is common, the premium can shrink dramatically.

So whether you’re buying or selling, don’t just ask, “Does it have a view?”

Ask, “How rare is that view in this community?”

That distinction can make a meaningful difference when evaluating a property.
