Certified Residential Specialist – A professional designation awarded to experienced agents who complete an advanced, extensive course of study in residential real estate and demonstrate proficiency in sales and production. Less than 3% of all licensed agents carry this designation and Alice has had this designation for 30 years as a charter member. GRI Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) is the first designation necessary to achieve the CRS designation. It too, is a series of educational classes, requires a certain level of production, and establishes the realtor as sincere in her/his efforts to be above average in knowledge of the industry.
