My career in Real Estate begin in 1992 when I was persuaded by the Realtor who sold my home in NY convinced me that I belonged in the Real Estate arena. I loved decorating, remodeling and organizing homes and visited model homes just for fun.... so I decided that my hobby might make a great career! I became licensed in NY in 1992 and immediately realized I had made the right choice. In 1998 I relo
cated to AZ and continued my career as a Realtor in the Scottsdale area. I am fortunate to have family in Arizona and I immediately fell in love with Scottsdale. I soon realized that buying and selling real estate in Arizona was less complicated and more enjoyable than in NY, and as they say about NY, if you can make it there you can make it anywhere! All Realtors sell real estate but I have a unique ability to assist my clients in the evaluation process. I recognize potential, offer suggestions, and have many home improvement professionals that I can recommened to my clients. I am a resource of knowledge and experience and have helped my clients way beyond the buying or selling process.Not only have I purchased homes for investment but I have also owned and lived in a dozen homes in Scottsdale. I have personal experience from buying resales, new homes, spec homes to remodeling older homes. I have flipped homes for profit and rented homes for long term investment. I have even been a mortgage broker. My goal is to go beyond my clients needs by offering personal and professional insight, information, and guidance throught the home buying and selling process. It is all about my clients and my awards are a testimony to my service to my clients and my professional designations are merely tools equiping me to meet their needs on multiple levels. Many of my clients have become my friends and have enriched my life. A house is so much more than wood and shingles, it is a home, a place where we live our lives with friends and family creating memories and having this perpective allows me to put my clients very best interests first.
