It started with a few neighbors, and then more kept coming. Another great Coffee with Neighbors! ☕️🏡

This is my favorite morning of the month. A few highlights:

🥐 A neighbor asked to bring his homemade pastries, and they disappeared fast.
🎃 Another brought a petition to close our street to traffic for Halloween. Lots of signatures and lots of excitement.
🤝 Neighbors met for the first time, and a few business contacts were shared too.

Thank you to Whats brewing for the amazing coffee, and for always being ready to refill the bus drivers’ mugs 🚌. Thank you to Lioni + Dean (Cookie Classes & Custom Cookies 📍 Phoenix AZ for my logo cookies, a hit again! And thank you to WFG National Title Insurance Company - Arizona for helping sponsor Coffee with Neighbors.

I also enjoyed answering questions about the market and recent home sales in our neighborhood. If you’re curious what’s happening with values in Arcadia Lite, I’m always happy to be a resource.

📅 Coffee with Neighbors is the 2nd Thursday of every month, 7:30 to 8:30am. Neighbors welcome! Next up: Thursday, November 12. Message me for the location.

Key day. 🔑
This one started at an open house. I met this couple, hit it off instantly, and months later I got to help them (and his amazing parents) close on their brand new home. This is my favorite part of the job: the people I meet become the people I get to celebrate with.
Congratulations to this incredible family.
Thank you for trusting me with something this big!

SOLD | Over Asking in Arcadia Lite

📍 4228 E Patricia Jane Dr.

From Coming Soon to multiple offers, under contract before officially hitting the market, and now sold over asking price.

A great location certainly matters, but so does the strategy behind the sale. Targeted exposure, thoughtful marketing, and creating strong awareness before the first showing helped position this home for a successful result.

I’m so happy for my sellers and grateful for their trust throughout the process.

Thinking about selling? The right strategy starts well before the sign goes in the yard.

Under Contract After the First Open House! 🎉

This Arcadia Lite home is officially under contract after its very first open house—and with multiple offers.

Great results don’t happen by chance. They start with a thoughtful strategy. Before the first showing, I implemented a targeted marketing plan, sharing this opportunity with more than 1,600 local real estate professionals who work in and around the neighborhood, reaching out to agents with buyers actively searching the area, connecting with neighbors, and promoting the home to my network of more than 1,000 clients and contacts.

The combination of a desirable location, strategic exposure, and strong buyer demand resulted in an outstanding outcome for my sellers.

Congratulations to my wonderful clients, and thank you for trusting me throughout the process!

Thinking about buying or selling? I’d love to help you create a strategy tailored to your goals.

A new opportunity in Arcadia Lite.

If you’ve been waiting for the chance to create something special in one of Phoenix’s most desirable neighborhoods, this may be it.

A 10,019 SF view lot with great bones, an expanded primary suite, a detached office with a separate entrance, and the potential to thoughtfully remodel or build a custom home.

📍4228 E. Patricia Jane Drive
🏡 Showings begin Sunday, August 2

The national headlines don’t always tell the whole story.

As we move through the normal summer slowdown, the Greater Phoenix market continues to show encouraging signs. More homes are going under contract than this time last year, active inventory has continued to decline as it typically does during the summer months, and home prices have remained stable.

Real estate is local, and every neighborhood has its own story. If you’re curious about what’s happening in your area, I’m always happy to be a resource.

Arcadia Lite is more than a location — it’s a lifestyle.

From walkable restaurants and coffee shops to neighbors who stop and chat while walking the dog, it’s one of the reasons so many people love calling this area home.

As both a resident and Realtor in the neighborhood, I’ve watched Arcadia Lite continue to evolve with thoughtfully remodeled homes, new construction, and strong demand from buyers who want the unique combination of community, convenience, and character.

Take a look at what makes this neighborhood so special.

Another great Coffee with Neighbors ☕

What started as a simple idea to bring neighbors together over coffee has become one of my favorite traditions.

It’s been so fun seeing familiar faces, meeting new neighbors, and watching connections form right here in Arcadia Lite.

In a neighborhood where people already stop to chat, walk their dogs, and look out for one another, Coffee with Neighbors is just a small way to help build even more connection.

Grateful for everyone who stopped by.

Loved by one family, now ready for new beginnings.

I had the pleasure of representing the sellers of this Arcadia Proper home.

What began as a conversation at an open house led to helping a client purchase a home and eventually, a referral to represent his friend in the sale of this home.

Grateful for a successful closing and the relationships that continue to grow from it.
