Yesterday we looked at four different homes in North Scottsdale

We started in Grayhawk with a listing that just came to market yesterday

Then we saw two properties that are both off market and are gut rehabs in the process of being “as much like a new house as possible”. One was very special and had city light views, plus views of Camelback Mountain.

Our final home was in Sereno Canyon and had incredible views and a fantastic backyard

Today we’re off to see two more, but I think my clients have a favorite 😊 it makes me so happy when buyers get excited about a home

Last night we attended the soft opening of the new Vecina which opens today in Scottsdale at Hayden and Via de Ventura. The restaurant is beautiful and the food delicious
