This year the California Association of REALTORS (CAR) is sponsoring Assembly Bill 2760, a bill to statutorily distinguish between a medically necessary companion or support animal and other animals kept as pets.

The State of Arizona is contemplating state-wide inclusive design legislation. Should the State of Arizona expand the ordinance passed in Pima County in 2002-2003, to require homebuilders to build homes with zero grade entries, lever handles, 36" wide doorways/hallways, accessible first floor bathrooms?

Sometimes that prospective buyer offers you less than the asking price for your home. What to do?

When you receive an offer from a homebuyer, chances are it will be less than you expected. The housing turmoil of the last eight years has taught buyers to go in low, except in the most heated markets. It's natural to get angry and indignant, but you won't get a higher offer that way.
