Sorry for being so quiet over the last many months! My husband and I have been working on our personal goals over the summer and fall. Thanks to his hard work over the last decade, we're finally able to do some real estate investing! Over the summer we purchased a fully rented duplex in Branson, MO and last month we closed on a SFH in Nixa, MO. The Nixa home needed a refresh and some maintenance, but it's now live!
