This was an incredible find! I have been working with this repeat client on and off for about a year to find thee perfect home. This one checked ALL the boxes. We viewed homes in Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Gilbert but he ultimately decided on this amazing home in the Anthem Country Club. Breathtaking views of Daisy Mountain and the Persimmon Golf Course. The best part is the custom built-in office with picture windows so he can enjoy this view while he works.

One of the things I love most about being a Realtor is building relationships. This fantastic (four-time) client purchased and closed on this amazing home last week. The house has GREAT “bones”, but is in need of some updating. My clients have an eye for detail… I have been able to catch a glimpse of what their vision is and I am so excited to see it all come to fruition.
