This past week in Las Vegas was an incredible opportunity to continue expanding my knowledge of the real estate industry from multiple perspectives.
I was honored to graduate from NAREB’s Developers Academy – Phase III, Cohort 7 (Western Region), where I deepened my understanding of real estate development, investment strategy, and creating projects that strengthen communities while building long-term value.
During the same week, I attended the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® 72nd Boule, where leadership, service, and collaboration were on full display. It was a reminder that the best opportunities are built through strong relationships and a commitment to serving others.
These experiences continue to shape the direction of Transformation Properties, LLC as I expand my focus into multifamily investment, appraisal, and real estate development.
While my business continues to evolve, one thing hasn’t changed: I’m still a real estate resource.
