What does culture look like from the inside?

As part of the Top Workplaces Arizona survey, Keyser employees were invited to anonymously respond to several open-ended questions about their experience at the firm. In total, our team shared 72 comments.

This was one of them.

The perspective reflects several ideas that have long been important at Keyser: accountability, the freedom to learn from mistakes, collaboration and a commitment to selfless service.

Phoenix continues to build on its reputation as one of the country’s most dynamic growth markets.

At the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) Supplier Impact Leadership Summit in Phoenix, Darius Green spoke about what he is seeing across the Valley’s Commercial Real Estate landscape, including renewed activity in the office sector and the rapid growth in Advanced Manufacturing and Biosciences.

As new and expanding industries put down roots in the Valley, they bring more than jobs and investment. They create demand for the offices, facilities, infrastructure, and real estate strategies that support that growth.

For companies already here and those considering Phoenix, the market continues to present new opportunities.

Darius summed it up best: “Phoenix is blazing hot. The office sector is heating up, and Advanced Manufacturing and Bioscience have exploded.”
