"When we started looking for a second home in Scottsdale in 2021, we contacted two agents we found on Zillow with whom we had no prior experience. Teri was the most diligent with getting back to us, so we continued our journey with her. Teri was very patient with us as we took almost 3 years looking at hundreds of homes on line and a dozen homes in person. Teri gave us great feedback on just about every neighborhood in Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree and Fountain Hills. She is incredibly knowledgeable of home values, resale potential, market trends and neighborhoods. After about two years, we narrowed our search down to a a couple of neighborhoods. When we found the house we wanted, she helped us settle on a fair price and handle the transaction very smoothly. Once we closed on the home, Teri has been available for numerous questions including who to hire for home repairs, how to deal with the HOA, where to find home products and connecting with the neighbors.
