This is just one example of what our self-storage development platform has been producing lately.

Our Laveen, Arizona facility opened in November 2025 and has significantly outperformed our original lease-up expectations. Through July 2026, revenue was approximately 83% ahead of budget and NOI was about $101,000 ahead of budget.

Laveen is not a one-off project. In 2026, we are opening roughly 120,000 gross square feet of new self-storage every 90 days.

These projects take a long time to entitle, design, finance and build, but once they open, we are continuing to see strong early operating performance across the portfolio.
