If you are landlord for any properties in Arizona here is something you need to pay attention to:
SB1587-would cap rent increases yearly at 5% plus the cost of inflation or 10% whichever is lower.

If you're a renter, you know it's been a tough couple of years. Valley rents increased by 30% in 2021 and are still in pace for similar increases this year. Is it time to consider limiting what landlords can charge?

Rents are going to keep going up until people find middle ground. The problem is Rents are going up but most people’s salaries are not. That’s great you got a tenant to sign a lease at a high rent but will they actually be able to afford it and stay the whole time through their lease.

With rent prices surging 28% over the last year and a price-to-rent ratio of 26, the area is ripe with rent potential.
