Main Street Place is the first mixed use, for sale condo project in downtown Scottsdale on East Main. The owners are Steven and Wendy Voss. Steven is a land planner who is native to Scottsdale. Their business, LVA Urban Design Studio, occupied this site starting in the early 90’s. They will

live in the project when it is completed. The direction given to Allen+Philp Architects was to create a replacement for the cul-de-sac sized living experience that they currently enjoy, only in a vertical, urban, mixed-use setting.
