From there I branched out into the luxury home environment of Paradise Valley - completely different than North Scottsdale luxury homes. These palatial estates have an incredible history behind them. Having experienced the best of both luxury markets, I have been able to sustain the vast changes in the marketplace. In 2006, I became a short sale negotiation specialist and I have spent the better part of the last five years assisting homeowners with selling homes that were underwater. I specialized in new starts and thankfully, many of those families are able to buy again.
