Market Update: I just read an article from NAR (National Association of Realtors). They are making claims that absolutely do NOT pertain to the AZ market.
1. Inventory levels are NOT low. We currently have a 4 month supply.
2. Prices remain the same - FALSE price drops are everywhere.
3. Average mortgage rates are still in the 6% range
4. The current market in the greater Phoenix area - Buyers market.
If you are a seller or a buyer - you should engage with a Realtor to assess YOUR specific situation. If the numbers work - engage. If they don't - wait. Either way it costs you nothing to have an analysis done.
