Our sellers accidentally left seafood in the freezer after turning off the power to save money until the property was under contract with us. When we requested that the power be turned back on, it was, but the situation quickly went south. Once we opened the freezer, a terrible smell of rotten seafood filled the air, permeating the entire property. It was so overwhelming that it was hard to breathe!

She transformed LACED from a startup with no initial capital into a thriving, award-winning agency.
