Sometimes the next step in your career is also a return to where it all began.

Eight years ago, I started my real estate journey at West USA Realty. It’s where I first planted my roots in this industry.

A year and a half ago, I made the move to eXp Realty to work alongside a dear friend and explore a different model within the industry. That decision led to some incredible experiences. The relationships, connections, and people I had the chance to work with there have been truly amazing, and I’m grateful for the time I spent with the eXp community.

As I’ve continued growing in this business, I’ve become increasingly interested in commercial real estate and land development —especially with the growth happening around my hometown of Peoria and across the entire Valley.

Recently, I learned more about West USA Realty’s Commercial Division and their coaching program, and it became clear that this was the right next step for me. The opportunity to deepen my knowledge, learn from experienced commercial professionals, and expand my expertise and network made the decision an easy one.

So I’m excited to share that I have returned to West USA Realty as I continue growing in my real estate career.

I will of course continue serving clients in residential real estate, which remains a big part of what I love about this business. Being able to help both homeowners and business owners gives me an even broader perspective on how our communities grow.

It’s also especially meaningful to return during West USA Realty’s 40-year celebration. There’s something special about coming back to the place where your journey started.

🚨Breaking: Home sales fall to lowest level in 30 years👀

Here is one of the factors:

➡️83% of current homeowners have a rate under 6%
➡️73% below 5%
➡️55% below 4%
➡️21% below 3%

In the Peoria market alone, the median home price has dropped 6.38% since September 2024, while days on market remain high and inventory grows.

“It's official: U.S. existing-home sales fell in 2024 to the lowest level since 1995, the second straight year of anemic sales.

The average rate for a 30-year fixed mortgage has hovered between 6% and 8% since late 2022, making it prohibitively expensive for many Americans to buy homes at current prices, which hit record highs last year. Rising home insurance and property tax costs are also adding to homeowners’ expenses.”
