There are many steps, requirements and protocol. We make this process much easier. We review what is necessary and help either get them qualified or understand what it takes, then take them through the process step by step. Most will not provide this hands-on experience and assistance. We have infrastructure that is affordable and makes sense for those who truly desire to become a Certified Instructor. We also provide all the marketing tools, and required documents for them to stay in compliance as well as systems for them to be successful. We have many Mortgage Loan Originators who become Certified Instructors and it gives them the tools to get in front of numerous REALTORS®and have their full undivided attention for the 1-3 hours. REALTORS® get their continuing education credits, while learning from some of the industry most educated.
