After a CRAZY weekend of open houses, tons of people looking at this home, and multiple offers at ask or higher, my clients are officially under contract!

*Receiving multiple offers can be stressful on the client. Which to choose? Which is best? How does this work? You need an agent who can navigate through the process with ease, knowledge and great negotiation skills! I spoke to every agent, every lender, and got all the relevant information for my clients and broke down every offer. This made the decision process easier and made them very happy with their choice.

*After the home is under contract I make sure to go over each step coming in the days to come. Inspections, appraisal, final walkthroughs, etc. This sets your client up with an understanding of what’s to come ahead of time.
