Went on a joyride trip to my favorite place in Arizona. While I spent most of my time walking among the ruins, I decided to make a stop in Winslow.

While enjoying my burger at , I felt "Take it Easy" speaking to me more than just a classic rock song. So, naturally, I had to get a photo.

I'm lucky to live amongst beautiful sites that are just a few hours away.

Denver went by WAY too fast. Met some cool/beautiful people, had delicious food, and, saw some amazing things. Even with the touch and go of uncertainty if my was going to depart or fall victim to cancellations caused by Mother Earth's snow. Luckily, I made it - safe and sound.

My host, Brad, was absolutely the host with the most! Allowed me his bed during my trip, fixed breakfast, and, showed me around. I'm beyond blessed to have amazing friends, mostly due to social media!

is super adorable and I had a wonderful time chatting and getting to know her! Even shared my cookies with her!!! Sadly, "Tanner the Planner" is off the market, but still didn't prevent me from having some eye candy.

As I sit at the gate waiting to get home, I'm wondering why I don't travel more. Even a few day getaway recharges the mind and soul. A slight depression is setting in. I need change but need consistency. Perhaps a quarterly trip is what I need.

Today, my 40th birthday, was difficult. I've never felt so alone & unloved in my life. Several failed relationships have severely gotten to me.

BUT that didn't stop me from enjoying the sailing trip & eating some fantastic food! I put my big girl pants on and made the best out of my time on this rock.

If this is my rock bottom, it only gets better from here!!!

Recap of my last day before 40: had breakfast at one of my favorite restaurants (home of the Man Candy 😋). Always SO good, but they no longer have my breakfast sandwich 😭

Then spent all day at ! If you know me, you know my love for the ocean, so totally appropriate, lol!🐋🐬🦭🐟🐠🦈🦀

Went back to clean up and rest a bit.

Then I had to check in on my ship. There she was, watching the sun descend. As I was waiting for the new day to rise to take our journey together. ⛵️🗺🧭

Then went to to catch my game and tear up some amazing wings! 🗽⚾️🍗

True story: while taking the selfie, the Dodger fan behind me photo bombed me. Caught up in the moment of the homerun, as I turned I said "sorry your team sucks!" But immediately, I felt horrible! That's not me! So at next commercial break, I went over and apologized. Everyone was really cool and understood its just sports banter. His name was Nick.

Nick, once again, I'm sorry dude but thanks for not getting upset!
