The Arizona Department of Real Estate offers AZRE Early Alert, a free service that can send email and text notifications when an escrow officer submits a pending sale matching information you registered—such as your owner name, property address, or assessor parcel number.
✅ Register free: earlyalert.azre.gov
Properties owned through a trust or business entity can also be registered. If you receive an alert for a transaction you don’t recognize, act promptly and follow the reporting instructions.
This is an early-warning service, not guaranteed protection against every type of deed fraud. Property owners should also periodically review their county recorder and assessor records.
