Market Update: Scottsdale 📊Last month, the median sold price was holding steady around $900,000, with homes spending about 57 days on market. This month, prices have ticked up slightly to $920,000, while the median days on market increased to 61 — giving buyers more time and negotiation room. Meanwhile, inventory has dipped by 9%.

While prices remain strong, the longer days on market and small drop in inventory create a window of opportunity for buyers to explore homes with less pressure.
