Earlier this year when the nation pressed pause on the economy and unemployment rates jumped up significantly, many homeowners were immediately concerned about being able to pay their mortgages, and understandably so.

This is worth sharing. This economic downturn will have to have an affect on Real Estate, but the circumstances are nothing like they were when the bubble burst.

With all of the unanswered questions caused by COVID-19 and the economic slowdown we’re experiencing across the country today, many are asking if the housing market is in trouble.
