Some real estate transactions are about buying or selling a house. Others are about saying goodbye to a lifetime of memories.

Today, we closed on a home that belonged to my client's mother. After her mom passed away, she was left to navigate the emotional task of helping her siblings move out and preparing the home for its next chapter. She handled it all with incredible strength and grace, but I could still see the weight she was carrying.

As Realtors, we do much more than negotiate contracts and manage deadlines. We walk alongside our clients during some of life's biggest transitions. While most closings are filled with excitement and celebration, others are bittersweet.

Today was one of those days.
