Karen Riff joined Platinum Living Realty as an associate broker|realtor in October of 2021. She has proven success in both real estate and commercial litigation. Karen has been specializing in the luxury home markets of Scottsdale and Phoenix over the past 24 years. Previously, Karen enjoyed a fast-paced career as a commercial litigation paralegal. She has worked in real estate mediation, construc

tion defect, foreclosure (both judicial and non-judicial foreclosures), and bankruptcy law. This unique combination has served Karen well. She has been appointed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to represent various debtor clients in bankruptcy and successfully short sold their real estate in both residential and commercial markets. She has also been appointed by the Arizona Superior Court to sell probate estate properties.
