HomeSmart will be relocating one of its Scottsdale office locations effective January 8, 2026. The previous office at 10601 N. Hayden Rd., Suite I-100, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 closed on December 22, 2025. The new office will be located at 8901 E. Pima Center Pkwy, Suite 125, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
This new location will feature a combination of private agent offices, a conference room, reception area, kitchen, and a collaborative agent hub. Conveniently situated near the Loop 101 and N. Pima Road, the office is centrally located within Scottsdale and easily accessible for clients.
