I received a cash offer tonight on my Beautiful Listing in Glendale, AZ - On the market only 7 days! Buyers are discouraged when they hear a Seller received an offer on a house they liked. This is understandable. Keep in mind, not all offers get accepted for many different reasons. This home is still accepting other offers!
Buyers, if your offer meets the needs of the Seller, you will get the accepted offer over all others.
