If we were buying in Gilbert today, we’d be thinking about more than bedrooms, bathrooms and finishes.

We’d be thinking about a Tuesday night six months from now.

Where are we grabbing dinner?
Can we ride our bikes to coffee on Saturday morning?
Are we walking through the farmers market?
Do we love the neighborhood just as much as we love the house?
