I so value the knowledge, expertise and professionalism of my fellow HomeSmart agents. I am previewing a home today for my Son and his family who are moving here from CA. It has many of the bells and whistles they want, but it also has a 20-year solar lease. I know nothing about them, and while I am sure they save money, I'm leary of leasing something for 20 years. What say you with experience?

While I'm at it, if anyone has a home in Scottsdale with 4 bds, 2-3 baths, garage, pool a must, and roomy yard for the kids under $550k coming up, please let me know! They are pre-quald and ready to move. Thx
