The saying ‘when you know you know’ isn’t just about falling in love, it’s about finding your home too.

As a Realtor who’s been in the industry for 12 years, I’ve seen it time and time again. People walk in and just know!

It happened to me too, I was probably 10 feet in the doorway when I said “this is it”

And it shouldn’t be.

If you’re an agent feeling discouraged because a post flopped: remember why you’re actually here. You’re not trying to be a real estate influencer. You’re trying to be a real estate agent.

Focus on connecting with real people, so you can build a real book of business filled with loyal clients you love. ❤️

As someone who’s been in real estate in Arizona since 2014, I’ve seen versions of this time and time again.

Before anyone you know sells directly to an investor, please encourage them to get a real property evaluation from someone they trust.

AI is an incredible tool. I use it all the time. But it is not a local expert, it has no idea what buyers are actually saying inside homes, and it can’t interpret the tiny details that change value street by street, floor plan by floor plan, and condition by condition.

Don’t ChatGPT your way into bad decisions, my friend.
Don’t reply on AI. Real estate still needs real people.

Because idk about you, but I’d rather have clients reaching out to ME rather than the other way around.
