LA stole my videographer… and honestly, they got a good one. 🎥

I only had him for 9 months, but wow, did he make an impact.

From filming behind the scenes to literally handing me the camera so he could jump in and get his own heart scan 😂… always showing up, always positive, always the sweetest soul.

Never asking for credit, just doing great work.

I’m so proud of you and so excited for what’s next. You deserve it all.

LA… take care of him. He’s a good one. 👏✨ I AM GLAD I LOST YOU TO 💙

I’m so thankful for everyone who came out and took the time to get their heart scanned. It truly made me happy knowing so many of you care about your health and your future.

My goal is to help the people I love learn more about heart disease so we don’t lose anyone else to something that can often be prevented or detected early.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing up, supporting, and making this event so meaningful. ❤️

When you’re not feeling well, your husband is traveling for work, the new puppy wants to play, work still has to get done, groceries, dinner, school drop-offs…

I invited a group of mamas who I know constantly put everyone else first and last night was about them. 💛

I hosted my first private small event event at NuLevel Med Spa so these women could pause, learn about their health, understand deficiencies, and feel supported in this season of life.

We also each shared a little about who we are our strength, our stories, and the things we quietly struggle with. The honesty, vulnerability, and connection in the room was something special.

So grateful for and her wealth of knowledge, and for a space that made learning feel empowering.

And yes… we ended the night with a SHOT 😉 full of vitamins, nutrients, and intention. (NAD)

This is what happens when moms finally take care of themselves together. ✨

We started out strong with a beautiful family hike… then got swept up in all the food, fun, and chaos that comes with a big, blended crew.
We completely forgot to take a family photo so here we are, real life, in action, doing what we do best: loving hard, laughing loud, and making memories.
