🏡 Congratulations to my buyer on a great purchase!

We were able to get this home for almost $80,000 under market value, but this one was not an easy deal.

Because it was a probate sale, there were a lot of moving parts and some important paperwork came in late. I had to stay on top of the seller, title company, and probate attorney to keep everything moving and get this one across the finish line.

Getting an offer accepted is only part of the job. Making sure the deal actually closes is where experience matters.
