So, this is depressing. And this article is way too long. But it is truth. The average American home is 44 years old and maintenance bills are piling up. In our area, we had a massive building boom in the 80s and 90s, so our housing stock is right there too. And the cost of labor and materials has skyrocketed. If any of this inspires you to buy a NEW home, call me!
