He specializes in the Phoenix neighborhoods of Arcadia, Central Corridor, and Biltmore, where he lives, works, and plays. He spent several years working in the Phoenix Suns’ Premium Sales Department as a senior account executive, affording him the opportunity to build a signif
icant network and develop strong ties in the community. Josh is a specialist in educating clients, addressing their concerns, and maintaining a high and steady level of service throughout their relationship. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Business Leadership, Josh is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who fell in love with the Valley of the Sun and is proud to call Arizona his home. He also is devoted to his community and is able to contribute in several positive ways through his memberships with the Phoenix Active 20/30 Club and the Fiesta Bowl Futures Committee, as well as his affiliations with United Way, Boys & Girls Club, Elevate Phoenix, Phoenix Children's Hospital, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and as well as several other organizations. Josh’s tireless commitment to his clients, the region, and the industry pay off with the satisfaction he feels every time he’s able to match someone with a new home and hand them the keys.
