Hey! Grab a cup of coffee and get to know me and Jeanne better…
Both my parents were Arizona real estate brokers. We'd moved here from Pennsylvania in 1964, and Dad encouraged me to get my license at 18. I did, in 1976, before heading to college.
After graduating from ASU with highest honors and a degree in psychology, I became a youth minister at Ss. Simon and Jude. That's where I met Jeanne. We married about two years later, and I went into real estate to help support us.
Back then, showing a home meant stopping at the listing office to pick up a key. There were no listing photos to scroll through, so I would visit homes first to see whether they might suit my buyers.
Jeanne had moved to Arizona from the Chicago area in the 1970s. She worked as a legal secretary before spending 25 years working at Ss. Simon and Jude Cathedral School. All three of our daughters went to school there, just as Jeanne had…and now three of our grandchildren attend school there as well!! Our family and Catholic faith are a big part of our lives.
I spent 15 years selling new homes and designed and built our own 3,700-square-foot home as an owner-builder. We're now planning another home project, so floor plans and design ideas still give me plenty to think about.
Jeanne got her real estate license in 2022, and today we work together helping buyers and sellers in Northwest Phoenix. We're part of a team that has sold over 4,000 homes here in the Valley, with more than $1 billion in sales.
For sellers, our work means aiming for the best price the market will support and seeing the sale through. For buyers, it means finding a home they love, at a price they can afford, in a location that works for them.
After selling over a thousand homes in my 50 years in real estate, I know how stressful a move can be. I want our clients to feel comfortable picking up the phone and asking us, "What do we do now?"
