Strong pricing and model perfect presentation with the right marketing strategy all played key roles in their success 💪 I ALWAYS tell my sellers that it only takes ONE buyer and this is a prime example of that. The very 1st buyer to walk through the door is the one who ended up buying the house 🙌 Sometimes things are just meant to be and after a little time between their 1st & 2nd showings, this buyer decided that the home on Supernova was supposed to be theirs. CLOSED + RECORDED 🙌 I absolutely LOVED working with my sweet clients (yet again)!! Several years ago, I helped them buy (and later sell) their fully furnished townhome in Mountain Bridge. They enjoyed every minute of their time in Arizona and knew they'd be back one day.
