JUST SOLD 💥 This beauty went under contract with only 11 days on market when most homes are taking upwards of 60-90 days to sell. Strong pricing and model perfect presentation with the right marketing strategy all played key roles in their success 💪 I ALWAYS tell my sellers that it only takes ONE buyer and this is a prime example of that. The very 1st buyer to walk through the door is the one who ended up buying the house 🙌 Sometimes things are just meant to be and after a little time between their 1st & 2nd showings, this buyer decided that the home on Supernova was supposed to be theirs. From the initial offer and negotiations, to receiving an appraisal waiver, followed by a super clean & easy home inspection, this transaction was a breeze from start to finish. CLOSED + RECORDED 🙌 I absolutely LOVED working with my sweet clients (yet again)!! Several years ago, I helped them buy (and later sell) their fully furnished townhome in Mountain Bridge. They enjoyed every minute of their time in Arizona and knew they'd be back one day. Well, that one day finally came true and now they are the proud owners of a fully furnished single family home in their favorite community!! This beauty was sold by the original owners and meticulously maintained both inside and out. Ideally located within walking distance to the clubhouse (amenities galore 😍) with mountain views and EVERYTHING you'd ever need, right down to dishes, linens and toilet paper too 😂 Time to pack those suitcases and start living it up in the desert ☀️

CLOSED + RECORDED 💥 I absolutely LOVED working with my sweet clients (once again X3) on the purchase of their newest home in Fulton Ranch. Way back in the day, they bought their first home in the neighborhood with my help and briefly lived here before moving back to WA State to be closer to family. Life and circumstances have changed a lot and last year, I was excited when they reached out and shared their plans to buy a second home here in AZ (they succeeded and bought a GORGEOUS townhome in Serenity Shores 😍). Much to my surprise, a few months later, they called me again and announced they would be moving to AZ full-time in 2026 and they were going to need something larger for their sweet family of 4. Wow!! Real estate is such an incredible adventure and I've been so blessed to help them buy another beautiful single family home in Fulton Ranch. They have BIG plans to complete the renovation that was started by the prior owners and I cannot wait to see their new space once it's finished. A brand new kitchen with all the upgrades, luxury flooring throughout, new doors/trim and a private backyard pool and oasis are coming soon 🙌

2025. An even Merrier Christmas for our sweet family ❤️ This year has been filled with so many blessings, incredible moments and wonderful memories made. We also faced some challenging times, but stayed strong and stood tall through it all and in the end, they only brought us closer together 💪 We've lived a lot of life this year...we've traveled and moved and will soon be moving again, but no matter where we go or what we do, we will hold onto the love, light, joy and peace we share. Life is beautiful and God is good 🙌 Wherever you find yourself this coming year, however hard the days and months may be, keep the faith and keep moving forward because God is not finished with you yet, your BEST and BRIGHTEST days are still ahead and one day you will look back and EVERYTHING will make sense.

I LOVE working with first time home buyers and this one is a STUNNER that anyone would be proud to own 🤩 Believe it or not, but my sweet client knew exactly what she wanted and exactly where she wanted to be and THIS BEAUTY was the one and only home we viewed together!! She made an offer, we negotiated terms and then quickly went under contract. The home inspection was a breeze, no dealbreakers and then came the appraisal 🛑 This is the part where the entire deal could have blown up 💥 and this is also the part where having an experienced agent on your side becomes absolutely imperative. The original appraisal came in LOW, much lower than expected, the sellers were upset, the buyer was unsure and instead of allowing emotions to dictate the transaction, I took a step back and put on my critical thinking hat (former engineer turned Realtor 🙋‍♀️). I reviewed every line of the appraisal, analyzed every comp used, I spoke with the listing agent, I spoke with the lender, I spoke with my client and then came up with a plan in hopes of pulling the deal back together. If you've been in the real estate business for very long, you know that appraisals are RARELY overturned (read that as NEVER), it just doesn't happen UNLESS you are able to provide specific data to support a revision of the appraisal via an ADCR form. This is a process and must be navigated with ease and professionalism because stepping on toes never helped anyone. After reviewing the entire report, I felt confident in my strategy and completed the ADCR. The lender submitted the request for reconsideration, then we waited. A few days later, we received notice of a REVISED appraisal, the appraiser chose to use one of the additional comps I provided and that one piece of data raised the value enough to keep the deal alive 🙌 A HUGE win for my client who scored a killer deal, TONS of seller paid concessions and keys to her GORGEOUS new home just before Thanksgiving 🏡

JUST SOLD!! So excited to share this story, truly a full circle moment that's been 29 years in the making. Angie was my very first college roommate, way back in the day at Pacific Lutheran University in WA State 🌲🏔️ Last year, we reconnected when she reached out to let me know that they (she and her husband Matt) were planning a trip to AZ to visit their son in college. Then came the super exciting news...they were starting to think about making a BIG move from their home state of OR to AZ 🌵☀️ When they arrived in town, we met and toured some lovely homes together and had an absolute blast catching up!! So crazy how quickly time flies by, truly in the blink of an eye. They went back home from their visit trip, we stayed in touch and slowly, all the pieces of the puzzle started coming together. Fast forward and here we are 1 year later and they've done it!! Listed and sold their home in OR with record speed, moved to an Airbnb in AZ so they'd have time to househunt and now they just closed on their GORGEOUS new home in Surprise 🙌 They took a HUGE leap of faith and EVERYTHING worked out perfectly from start to finish!! I could not be more excited for them and I know without a doubt that they were meant to be here for such a time as this ❤️ So many wonderful memories to be made in their new home, lots of new hiking trails to trek and incredible adventures to be had!!
