How To Lose A House In 10 Days. 🏡💨 (Please don't do any of these.)

We love a good rom-com, but this is one plot twist nobody wants. Here are the 10 fastest ways to watch your deal fall apart before you ever get the keys:

1️⃣ Start house hunting before getting pre-approved. Cute. Chaotic. Costly.
2️⃣ Fall in love with a home way outside your budget. The heart wants what the bank won't approve.
3️⃣ Submit a lowball offer just to "see what happens." Spoiler: rejection happens.
4️⃣ Go furniture shopping before closing. The couch can wait. The contract cannot.
5️⃣ Buy a car or open a new debt while under contract. Your lender will find out. They always do.
6️⃣ Change jobs mid-transaction. New title, no home.
7️⃣ . Ignore your lender's document requests. Silence is not golden here.
8️⃣ Make big unexplained bank deposits or withdrawals. Red flags are not a vibe.
