12 bathrooms. 12 completely different personalities. One of our favorite parts of building custom homes is that no two spaces have to feel the same. This video showcases 12 bathrooms we’ve created, each with its own materials, details, and design language. From bold black steel and glass to warm wood tones, handmade tile, natural stone, brass accents, patterned floors, statement lighting, and clean modern finishes, every bathroom tells a different story. There isn’t one definition of luxury. Sometimes it’s dramatic. Sometimes it’s understated. Sometimes it’s all about the craftsmanship and the smallest details you might not notice at first glance.

The bones of are officially taking shape. This video gives you a look at just how much goes into the structure before any of the finishes ever show up. Structural steel, metal stud framing, steel floor and roof systems, it’s an incredible amount of coordination, engineering, and craftsmanship coming together. We love this stage of a build because you can finally start to feel the scale of the architecture. Every beam, every stud, every opening has a purpose, and seeing it all exposed gives you a real appreciation for what will eventually be hidden behind the finished home.
