Phoenix Inventories are now at 2005 levels when artificial demands were being caused by the mortgage practices that drove us into a recession. Builders damaged have been too slow replacing themselves to keep up with Phoenix's growth as the top relocation Metro in the nation. The result is a serious lack of homes on the market. With a population now at 4.9Million, our inventory is 20% of what they should be just to be at a balanced market. Although buyers are still demanding move-in ready, it's a really good time to sell.
