Not the most exciting picture but we started our celebration with brunch at and it was one of the best! Cameron was excellent so a shout out to him!

Happy to all and we should all be grateful to celebrate this year unlike last. It's also the one day a year we wear red and blue combined as we bleed maroon and gold!

Here's an amazing stat: when we started selling new homes at Trilogy at Verde River late 2015, the two other communities in Rio Verde had over 100 homes for sale between the two. Today there are 9 active listings between the three! How times have changed!

This home on Desert Vista in was a great home to list as it introduced me to the niche community of Hidden Hills on the far east end of the Scottsdale Mtn area. It's one of those areas that you feel away from the city but you're just minutes away! Great location if you live to hike!
